SHIPPING POLICY

At Pruvora, we work to ensure your orders arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

1. Geographic Coverage

We ship to all regions of Ecuador, including major cities and urban areas.
For rural or hard-to-access locations, delivery times may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination city.

Delivery times begin once the order has been confirmed by our team.

We do not make deliveries on Sundays or national holidays.

3. Customer Unavailable at Delivery

The courier company will make up to two delivery attempts.

If the customer is not available during both attempts, or if the order is refused without a justified reason, the package will be returned to the origin.

In such cases, the store reserves the right to decline future orders from the same customer.
